Junior Branch
Junior Branch is composed of the local Chapters younger members. Each local Junior Branch has its own officers (see board description at the bottom of this page), meetings, educational, and social activities.
Junior Branch involvement offers the opportunity for leadership development and is an important part of CISVs educational program.

Past 2008 JB events:
- Service project on April 26th, 2008: we had a wonderful JB service project with Eco Magic last Saturday. It was so great to be a part of Global Service Youth Day, knowing we were doing service at the same time as many other chapters' JBs as well as other youth organizations across the US. We had about 25 people come and water trees at the "Dish" on the Stanford campus. It was hard work; but fun! Together we carried 4,000 gallons (32,000 pounds--16 tons!) of water to 187 trees! ELECTIONS: At this service project, we held elections for next year’s Junior Branch Board. The new board will take effect at the end of the summer/start of the new school year -- there will be a board retreat which usually takes place in August/September. See below the Board description.
